Blue-green. I have a dark blue outside and a bright green inside. Like two circles drawn around each other. But they look brown indoors and bright green outdoors, like a forest green. Super weird.

This "new" zodiac order (also known as sidereal astrology) has been going on for thousands of years now.
Today, many people follow Tropical (aka western) astrology, which does not include Ophiuchus like Sidereal astrology.
That is because to Tropical astrology, Ophiuchus does not count as a real zodiac sign, since they do not depend upon constellations, but degrees. Sidereal astrology believes Ophiuchus is a zodiac sign, and they have already incorporated this several years ago.... so why is this news so popular all of a sudden?
Astrologers and astronomers have decided to leave alone the differences between sidereal astrologies beliefs and tropical astrologies beliefs.
Except one astronomer who decided it was time to publicly announce to the world that everyones sign is all wrong, and confuse the public who have always followed Tropical astrology.
Even though many do not know what tropical or western astrology is, that is because people want simple direct theories. Who the hell would believe there are two kind of astrologies suddenly, right? You have to give people a clear explanation to actually make them understand, but these days no one has time to give any explanation. I was born a Capricorn and I will die a Capricorn. Plain and simple.
It is possible, because at the time you were born, the planet had not shifted to pass through the 13 constellations yet, so therefore you were born under the Aquarius constellation. Since the planet shifted in space when Ophiuchus appeared, in 2009 you are still Aquarius.
This is my personal opinion, but if you try and Google it, it indeed seems like the planet only shifted in 2009.Do the new zodiac signs apply to everyone or just people born after 2009?
If you want to stay the same sign, follow Western Astrology.
If you want to follow the "new" sign (which isn't but has been around for 100s of years) follow Vedic or Sidereal Astrology.
Nothing has changed except some astronomer wanted to get his name in the media and be famous for something that everyone who studies astrology already knew. Astrologers have been familiar with this concept for years.

It seems that it is applied to everyone, but most of the news sites that covered this story quoted the same Astrologer who said that whether our Zodiac Sign is changed or not, it would not affect our Horoscope Readings or Who We Are. So, basically, it is up to us on whether we want to keep our signs or change it. Either way, we would get an accurate reading of our day to day lives, our personalities, Our luck, and our compatabilities. Nothing's set in stone yet, so I believe we're ok.
I've heard that it only applies to people born in 2009 or later, but I haven't found any articles stating that.
I was an Aquarius too and if I chose to accept the new symbol, I'd be a Capricorn.
I don't care if there's a new sign or not, I'm an Aquarius. We bring the water.

Nothing has changed except some astronomer wanted to get his name in the media and be famous for something that everyone who studies astrology already knew. Astrologers have been familiar with this concept for years.
It only applies to those who follow Vedic/Sidereal Astrology. The sidereal zodiac includes Ophiuchus and has dates roughly where these new dates fall.
If you want to continue following Western astrology which keeps the traditional dates and 12 signs, go right ahead.

They like true substance in anyone they meet, and they se through all the veneer whatever one puts on, sooner than later they walk away.

These three signs are very straightforward and honest themselves, and do not care what others think of them. Capricorn cares about how successful people perceive them to be, but do not care if people like them or not. Aries and Aquarius do not care either way, and are very straightforward with their wants and needs. These three signs do not like flakes or other types of wishy washy behavior. They are all strong minded and opinionated. People who act superficial are a huge turn off for these independent Zodiac signs.

Im not sure about the other signs but for me as a Scorpio, I absolutely despise and detest fake people and superficiality. I hate it. If I am around someone like this I wouldn't exactly let them know that I like them. Infact I tend to stay away from these types of people as who wants to be around someone who is fake, dishonest and disloyal? Not me anyway.
To me, I would class someone as superficial or fake if:
They act like they are someone else around me/Pretending to be someone they are not
They lie to me

Friends with you one miniute, friends with someone else the other
I would class fakeness and superficiality as they above. I just stay away from these types of people as they are not doing me any good.

Virgo: Shy, dislikes small talk. Their minds are strong, and deep, and need people they can share it with.
Scorpio: similar to virgo. Very cut to the chase, no nonsense sort of people.
Capricorn: down to earth, but can be insecure and superficial if they place their 'achiever' values on social standing. It really depends on their priorities.
Aquarius: Eccentric, less preoccupied with social norms..
Aries: Also cut to the chase like scorpio... No beating around the bush. Once again, it really depends on their values.
The more superficial signs to me would be
Gemini, Taurus, Leo, and sometimes Sagittarius and Libra
Gemini and Sagittarius don't mean to, but they can be flaky with a short attention span. Once again, they are intelligent signs, so you'd have to look to other parts of the chart.
A Libra with a weak set of values can be very superficial... there is a danger of snobbishness.
Leo: oh we love to bash Leo. I don't think I need to mention why people think this sign is superficial. Like I said before, it really depends on the person's values. Some very sincere people I know are Leos too..... Taurus is similar to Leo in this way. Really genuine at times, other times materialistic.
Pisces usually tend to be deep and sweet people like Virgo.. Although when afflicted, can be very deceptive people.. It's hard to peg them in here.
Generally speaking, the fire and air signs aren't as 'deep' as the water and earth signs. They tend to be more intellectual/spontaneous, whereas the 'feminine' signs are more rooted in their senses and introverted. It's a really tough question to answer, and you really have to look to other parts of the chart, and realize that within a single sign, there is a potential for depth/superficiality depending on whether they are afflicted or not.

Im not sure about the other signs but for me as a Scorpio, I absolutely despise and detest fake people and superficiality. I hate it. If I am around someone like this I wouldn't exactly let them know that I like them. In general, people are most compatible with signs that are in the same element as them - earth, air , fire, water. Each element has 3 signs. People can also be compatible with elements that are complimentary to eachother, such as earth %26amp; water, or fire %26amp; air. But (in general) you wouldn't put things together that dont complement or enhance eachother, such as fire and water, or earth and air... think about it... it makes sense. If you know anything about elements, you can almost guess the signs (or at least the element) of the people answering your question, just based on their answers (this is fun to do, by the way).
With that aside, here is my opinion:
worst for relationship - aquarius - they get bored easy and can lose interest quickly and are always looking for what is next over the horizon, so to speak.

Oh Please, Scopios, esp the males are MORE clingy than a Pisces female or a Cancer female. That is why they try to make their SOs more emotionally dependent on them than vice versa and put on an act of "I don't need you as much as you need me".
Deep down, they can't take it if their SOs are more independent than them.
Their fellow water signs, Pisces %26amp; Cancers seem more at ease with their emotions than the scopio. Sure, they put on a tough guy exterior and like to 'sting' people (and make excuses for it), but it's like a school bully who pushes people around because they just want attention. ie, they are clingy and not trully independent.
Female scopios seem more calmer than the males %26amp; more at peace with their emotions.
I have known Scorpio's who are very dependent and others who are very cligny.
I actually am extremely independent for a Scorpio. I have no problem being alone and in solitude; most of my childhood was spent alone and not with others and I enjoyed it that way. Most of us (not all) have no problem with being alone, with only our thoughts as our company (we actually love to be alone and think as deep and as far as we want, with no people around saying "you're nuts" or "you're too radical").

I'm a Libra and my house hold in contained of, pisces, virgo, capricorn, scorpio and cancer. They all are feminine zodiac signs. My question is, why the hell they complain about every little thing? I mean they have emotional issues and stress about everything that goes bad in there life but never look at the good things!!! How to remove a ring on my Zodiac counter top?
We had a pan with baked on food so I made a paste of baking soda and water to remove the stuck on food. I left the pan for a couple of days, not realizing some of the baking soda water had gone over the edge and settled under the pan. When I washed the pan I noticed a ring that is lighter than the rest of the counter top where it had been sitting. When I rub my hand over the surface I can feel, in places, an "edge" when I cross back over to the rest of the counter top so it seems that maybe the finishing layer was eaten by the baking soda. Since the circle is about 12" in diameter and next to the sink it's not something I can hide with creative home decor.

Everyone around the world wake up wanting the same thing everyday just living different lives. So when u hear this kind of thinking from someone in "power" you go wow thats what u need someone who gets the big picture. economics of the country, all that stuff matters noone said it didn't we do need money to survive but we cannot forget our values our morals those are the things that get us ahead really. Obama is not appealing to ur pockets he is appealing to a lifestyle its like loosing weight u have to eat healthy to live longer you'll get further with good values and values, working together as one so forth. ... who can disagree isn't that what we all dream of a world of total bliss. people coming together united working towards a common goal. who else was saying these things lately? i haven't heard such a speech in a while tell u the truth. we dont have to wait for martin luther king or lincoln or any of those people to rise from the grave to call for these things we are the changes we want to see . well he's saying its possible lets start lets do it and i say yes we can!
im not from the US im from the UK, everyone here and i seriously mean everyone loves obama. . . everyone talks about it cos it does affect us aswell. john mcain and especially sarah palin were not that popular here as much as obama, these are just our opinions. but anyways i think they both did a very good job and mcain when he gave his speech was very gracious and modest, just like a true virgo lol both were great but the majority thought obama would do a better job. it was 4am here in the UK when they announced who won, and i stayed up all night and watched it all lol.

Anyway I am happy that Obama won, I felt a big collective sigh of relief and happiness in the air when they announced he won.
I agree he has a great responsibility he has the nations hopes and dreams on his shoulders. I just hope he can deliver.
I am a Taurus. I feel like Obama only won because of his race not because of what he can do for our country. and that is wrong.
