You just answered your own question, yes Virgo and Leo are very controlling. Virgo is more controlling to the area of keeping things organized, cleanliness, health wise, ordering you into living a more structured life that revolves around a strict/standerized person. This isn't techinically a bad thing, for as Virgos advice sometimes helps others for the good. They usually do not give bad advice, for there opinions are mainly directed to help you than cause destruction upon one self.
Leos' are more bossy, demanding. They are somewhat "fixed" in there opinions, only caring what they see is important. However, Leos' do listen to others and will take there opinions ( sometimes) in consideration. Sometimes this sign does a GREAT job in being a leader, it is natural for them to take on hard positions. This is why they can come across rude, pompus, snobby, and boastful. Leos' can handle stress, but so often they will take on the "full job" and become quite irritated if someone else tries and takes the position from them.
Both are very bossy, and even Aries, Capricorn, Cancer, and Libra are genually bossy signs. Well most of the time they are unless they are influenced with a softer/gentle personality when to being approached being controlling.
hahah i think virgo's most definitely are the control freaks in the bunch, but don't know about the leo crowd cuz most of those leos who i know are really laid-back and chill even when im working with them in anything.

aries are natural leaders.virgos are not control freak, but they re perfectionist.when it comes to them wanting you to be perfect for them, they are control freaks apart from that they re laid back. scorpio are control freaks cause they re just insecure and dont like to be controlled.
