Sagittarians are famous for speaking their mind but what they say often sound like back-handed compliments. "I like your your necklace. My grandma had a lot of fake jewelery too". I know some Geminis can be very honest just like Sags and sometimes what they say may just be honest and can put a damper on someone's 'pity party', for example. This is a conversation I overheard between a Gem and Scorp, both had a haircut recently.
Scorp: No one noticed my haircut. Not even my bf.
Gem: Everyone noticed mine. I was surprised. Every single person asked me if I did something new with my hair.
The Scorp was obviously expecting to hear something encouraging from Gem, like, "You always tie up your hair so people probably thought that's what you did." However, as one of the answerers pointed out, Geminis are really good at reading people's minds; they're uncannily good at it. So a mischievous Gemini can do this deliberately, as well as play many other head games on other people to make them go off.

As for who does "builds up confidence deliberately only to break it again, also deliberately", hmmm... Only someone who enjoys manipulating people, or feels righteous in doing so. I can think of two zodiac signs who might do that. A Scorpio with the tendency to control someone's mind or to take revenge. Many a Virgo can become really good at reading other people, and can try to break them in this way for the heck of it, or to get the edge over them.What zodiac signs have U noticed will build a person confidence up only 5 minutes later to break it?
I will admit, in my younger days I did this to a lot of people. Sickly enough, it was almost fun to do. One day it finally hit me what I was doing, and that was hurting people. I haven't done this is a very long while, though.



Another sign that I have seen do this first hand is Pisces and Sagittarius, but I honestly think the Sag's don't realize what they're doing.
