Does the zodiac violate the rules of the Catholic religion?

Like is it considered witchcraft?Does the zodiac violate the rules of the Catholic religion?
King James Version Bible

2 Peter Chapter 1

2. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

Genesis Chapter 6

4. There were GIANTS IN THE EARTH in those days; and also after that, when the SONS OF GOD came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare [children] to them, the same [became] mighty men which [were] of old, men of renown.

17. And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein [is] the breath of life, from under heaven; [and] every thing that [is] in the earth shall die.

The Book of Enoch: Chapter 7

1. It happened after THE SONS OF MEN had multiplied in those days, that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful.

2. And when the angels, THE SONS OF HEAVEN, beheld them, they became enamoured of them, saying to each other, Come, let us select for ourselves wives from the progeny of men, and let us BEGET CHILDREN.

10. Then THEY TOOK WIVES, each choosing for himself; whom they began to approach, and with whom they cohabited; TEACHING them SORCERY, INCANTATIONS, and the DIVIDING OF ROOTS AND TREES.

The Book of Enoch: Chapter 8

3. Amazarak taught all the SORCERERS, and dividers of roots:

4. Armers taught the solution of SORCERY;

5. Barkayal taught the OBSERVERS OF THE STARS,

6. Akibeel taught SIGNS;

7. Tamiel taught ASTRONOMY;

8. And Asaradel taught the motion of the moon,

9. And MEN, BEING DESTROYED, CRIED OUT; and their voice reached to heaven.

The Book of Jasher: Chapter 4

18. And their judges and rulers went to the daughters of men and took their wives by force from their husbands according to their choice, and the sons of men in those days took from the cattle of the earth, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and TAUGHT THE MIXTURE OF ANIMALS of one species with the other, in order therewith to provoke the Lord; and God saw the whole earth and it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted its ways upon earth, all men and all animals.

19. And the Lord said, I will blot out man that I created from the face of the earth, yea from man to the birds of the air, together with cattle and beasts that are in the field for I repent that I made them.

21. And NOAH found grace in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord chose him and his children to raise up seed from them upon the face of the whole earth.

KJV: Genesis Chapter 6

17. And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein [is] the breath of life, from under heaven; [and] every thing that [is] in the earth shall die.

Isaiah Chapter 46

9. Remember the former things of old: for I [am] God, and [there is] none else; [I am] God, and [there is] none like me,

Isaiah Chapter 45

5. I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

James Chapter 1

8. A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.

Luke Chapter 16

13. No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Exodus Chapter 34

14. For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name [is] Jealous, [is] a jealous God:

Isaiah Chapter 8

19. And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

Galatians Chapter 5

19. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20. Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21. Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

James Chapter 1

12. Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

13. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

14. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

15. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

16. Do not err, my beloved brethren.
The zodiac is actually the various constellations, so insofar as that goes, the Church is not opposed to it. The Vatican has its own observatory and supports the study of astronomy the science.

But I suppose you mean horoscopes and such, and believing in that is a violation of Catholic teaching. That's because only God knows the free future, and to think and believe that the stars can tell you what will happen in your life is nothing but superstition.Does the zodiac violate the rules of the Catholic religion?
being serious about it , yes, but in fun ,eg reading your daily horoscope in the papers and laughing.

no

i think they have found another constellation, which will upset the witches
The bible says that you shouldn't try and look into the signs for help, or predicting the future. Any fortune tellers were to be stoned in the O.T.Does the zodiac violate the rules of the Catholic religion?
Astrology- The belief that forces that affect humans can be predicted by looking at constellations up to billions of light-years away, and that those predictions are always vague and positive news.
The zodiac is heathenism and evil
I don't know nor do I really care. If you're interested in zodiac stuff then study it.
It better not be because there are zodiac signs all over some of the old cathedrals in Europe.
I don't know about Catholicism, but it certainly is akin to witchcraft.
Astrology is forbidden.
I was brought up as a Catholic, went to Catholic schools, and was very devout, until mid-teenage. From what I can remember, we were never encouraged to believe in it, and I never did.

However, beliefs in astrology and supernatural beings are related. I personally think they're equally implausible.

Examples of biblical references to astrology seem to be:

Genesis 1:14 says “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: ".

And in Job 38:31 it says "Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion ".

Matthew 2:1-2 says “there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.”

However, Astrology was the forerunner of the modern science of Astronomy. Superstition often survives, despite increases in knowledge.
