it obviously depends on the artist/shop you go to
there is not set price for tattoo....it should be the shop minimum or close to it (assuming it's small)
but that can vary from $30-$500
and a good place to put it would be - wherever you want it
it's your body.....why should you need the help of strangers on the internet to help make that decision?
