Can Aspects and Planetary positions change the basic behaviour of a zodiac?

Any examples? Explain how it happens?

Refrain from rude commenting. Can Aspects and Planetary positions change the basic behaviour of a zodiac?
Do you mean a zodiac sign?

Yes certainly, although the zodiac sign works on the concept of the SUN sign and this will never change i.e. if you are a Leo, then your Soul mission, will and ego will resemble that of a Leo's.

First, look to the House placement of the Sun sign. This will indicate HOW the enegies of the will/ego will be manifested. Also, if the chart ruler (ruling planet of the Ascendant) is strong in the chart, this may sometimes override the actions of the Sun sign.

Secondly, look to any significant aspects involving the Sun i.e, conjunctions, squares or oppositions. These 3 tend to be the strongest in effects, esp. the conjunction. Any planet conjuncting the Sun will cause the native to take on the traits of that planet as well.

Next, look to the 1st House (house of personality). If there are any planets found there, then they tend to be manifested in the personality as well. E.g. if you have Moon in 1st House, then you are likely to possess large expressive eyes and cant seem to hide your feelings from the prying eyes of others, no matter what your zodiac sun sign may be.Can Aspects and Planetary positions change the basic behaviour of a zodiac?
Of course.

The various signs in the zodiac are determined by the Earth's relative position wrt the Sun. The Sun is the biggest influence over the EM and gravity environment in our solar system. But there are other big bodies which affect things.

Jupiter, for instance, the second largest object in the solar-system, has a lot of influence which is very easy to measure. The Chinese astrological system, in fact, is based on Jupiter. (Jupiter has an orbital period of a bit under 12 years, thus making the various phases of its influence easy to chart. It gave rise to the 12 Chinese animal signs).

The moon is also a good indicator. As is Mercury. When the moon is full, people get jumpy. When Mercury is retrograde, it messes up complex communications for a few weeks.

--Mercury goes retrograde twice a year for about three weeks. During such times, computers go wonky and international intentions get off track. --Remember last year when we had all those undersea internet cable cuts? That was during a mercury retrograde. And yesterday, actually, (Feb 1st) we just exited a mercury retrograde. During that period, computer viruses were more rampant than usual. --The British MOD and Navy even got nailed. . .

-Plus there was another cut undersea cable during that period.

People in the science community hate the idea of Astrology, but I believe they are simply knee-jerking against the idea of pre-destiny, (which doesn't exist even with the reality of Astrology) and magic in general, (which also doesn't exist; it's simply a convenient label for that which we haven't worked out yet.)

But despite this bias, (bias? Shame on you, Science! Bias in the lab is a serious no-no. You should know better!), there have been numerous indicators from the world of science which show that there are indeed forces at work which are not fully understood and which may well be related to the underlying effects measured by astrological observation.

Here's a neat example, (where radioactive decay rates, long considered to be a constant, have been seen to not only NOT be constant, but that the rates of decay vary in relation to the distance the Earth is from the Sun). . .
