In the Zodiac movie, during the tv taped interview the man on interviewing the Zodiac asks him if he can call him another name, and the guy says "Sam." So I wonder if David Berkowitz coined the name "Son of Sam", stating that he would continue what the Zodiac did in California.Did Son of Sam get that name from the Zodiac? The name came from the dog that he lived next doot to, he thought the dog was possesd by teh devil, so he shot it

If I recall corectly Sam was a dog that lived next door.

Berkowitz believed the dog talked to him,so he called himself Son of Sam.
