Is the bible really a symbolic description of astrology and the zodiac?

I thought it's a mere weird theory. Then I learnt that in Job, god explicitly mentions the zodiak (Job 38:1-3), and the new testament has refrences to things that don't seem to make sense but when taken as astrology allegories they do.Is the bible really a symbolic description of astrology and the zodiac?
The Hebrews did not practice astrology, being an abomination in there view.

In the book of Daniel, the Bible makes fun of astrologers and indicates that they are powerless to really observe the future. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had a disturbing dream that none of his astrologers or "wise men" could interpret. The King had ordered all the wise men, including Daniel, a young captive from Judah, to be executed. Daniel convinced the king's bodyguard that God would reveal the mystery to him and requested time to seek the answer. Having prayed to God and received the answer in a vision, Daniel reported to the king's chambers. Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar:

"Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show unto the king; but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries. He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you lay on your bed are these... " (Daniel 2:27-28)

Later, when King Belshazzar, Nebuchadnezzar's son, saw a finger appear and write on the wall at his party, he called in the astrologers, who, likewise, failed to interpret a writing that had appeared on the wall. These astrologers were again shown to be powerless deceivers. Is the bible really a symbolic description of astrology and the zodiac?
The bible is a symbolic description of blind faith to an vengeful and jealous god that dictates the actions of hundreds of millions of people worldwide. It's detrimental to human advancement in science, culture, and politics and is the cause for this war we're in. It seems as though even though we worship the same god if we don't worship how everyone else is worshiping you are going to hell.

Hell's gonna be crowded when I get there so I might as well go knowing I'm gonna go so there are no surprises.

But yes, the bible is interpreted in many different ways and interpreting them in ways that make sense is good...just don't say that the bible has anything to do with astrology to a Catholic nun...that will not end well. And if you believe that than I'd generally avoid Irish people (Irish as in people who lived in Ireland), they'll beat you to death with their own bible with the explosiveness of a porcupine with dynamite shoved up its ****! Can you say shrapnel bomb?Is the bible really a symbolic description of astrology and the zodiac?
The same people who created the religion to control the masses did use the zodiac alignments, but as a method of predicting the seasons, when to plant, when the Nile would flood. The chrestians created most of what is called the modern deities as a method to control the populace without using force. The Mithras used the Roman Army and it reached to further their own system of governing, irrespective of who ruled at that particular point in time.
It Has Nothing To Do With It .
